No post is idiotic as long as it contains some element of truth. Just pick up any newspaper! :) Don't run, don't hide, or "they" have won the war of suppression.

Speaking of which, does anyone think that the embassy bombing was that big a deal to the PEOPLE of China? If the people of China were as upset as they were made out to be, our embassy would be a pile of rubble, torn apart with bare hands. No police force could have stopped them, nor would have tried very hard.

But in all this, it is only distraction from the main issue. The person/s that make these decisions are swayed not by technology, but by how much they personally benefit. Thus, MO got GSM this last week. Does CDMA have a chance? When they get as much $$$$ and influence...maybe. What do you all think?

BTW, the last time I heard, as marginmike mentioned, this was a declared war zone. To think that any building is somewhat protected is nieve at best. All employees of an embassy know that they are vunerable at any time. If they don't, they really don't know why they are there. Are we excused? Not by any means, especially with all the technology we flaunt about the world.

War is messy.
So is investing.
