tony, I've pretty much given my view of MSFT weeks and months ago. The moment there is no "positive" news to look forward to - selling will take over. The market right now is not in the mood to push p/e's higher (at least for high p/e stocks) on no news. MSFT climbed for the earnings - that was something to look forward to. Now, by contrast there is more talk about the trial and very tough possible measures, break-up etc.

I see institutional money selling into the rallies. Also, look at OBV, hi-lo MA, short term bollinger bands, and price action - technically, I see the same situation. I'm shorting every rally in MSFT.

BTW, not that it matters, but I'm not doing it to make a profit, but rather to protect my longer-term position (I'm not playing options). I'm not selling my longer term MSFT position, and I remain a MSFT bull longer term (certainly over the next 2-3 years).
