While you ponder whether to jump back in (wink wink), you might consider another funny aspect of that Ralin offering. In addition to the maximum of $19M they can get from the sale, there's also a minimum of $16M they're guaranteed to receive, with SBTK making up any deficit. Meaning, as long as there's nothing major to propel this puppy back up above $17 3/4, Ralin doesn't have a particularly huge incentive not to keep on distributing stock.
