You forgot:

7. Sept. roll out of the PERFECT test run....with the .com's watching to see how it works and waiting to sign up for service b/f X-Mas!!!! THIS IS WHAT I AM WAITING FOR....THIS will be the watershed event for ECNC in my humble opinion. THIS is what will show whether we are a leader in a new idea and way of doing business or just a chump wanna be. I am banking that we are the next leader type company. THIS will be it folks. If we are ever going to the big board and trading in the mid double digits and beyond, as I EXPECT, this is what will do it for us.

8. Sept. deadline for Tom to get the stock solid above $3 so he can buy shares CHEAP at $.30/share....why wouldn't he want to acheive this...All upside for everyone.

9. NFL and Baseball post season coming and eSportsbet will be online and fully functional just in time!!!

10. The EZPay cards will be in trial soon out in the South Bay targeting the unbanked and results from that expected to lure the large west coast utilities into our fold to help promote ECNC and its services. THIS will be almost as HUGE as the PERFECT test and another watershed event, imho.

Here are my thoughts: Get the core business.....PERFECT.....going strong at all costs. MAKE IT WORK AND GET IT ROLLING ASAP.

Then ramp up the wagering side to full operation for a couple months to show what it can do and spin it off into a separate company with a service agreement with ECNC for its technology to run the wagering transactions.

Why?

a) Once we have PERFECT up and running we will have no need of the wagering side to generate revenues.
b) The wagering side will be a negative for alot of investors. It will weaken the stock, IMHO, once we break out and get some attention.
c) ALOT of people in this country think gambling is evil. I don't particularly like some of the negative effects of gambling myself, but enjoy doing it on occasion and don't pretend to believe I should be able to control what other people do. Its a free country and the price of freedom is personal responsibility for what you do with your freedom. That's my creed.
d) A spin off will clean up ECNC to forge ahead with its core business while maintaining a tie between the two companies and the ability to still profit from the wagering side through processing.
e) It will also target wagering company investors in the new spin off and not hurt the spin off at all. In fact...a pure wagering company spin off might also do better without the weight of ECNC and its issues.

Think about it from the investors perspective. If you want to speculate/invest in wagering companies you don't care about all the other stuff ECNC does...its just a distraction and gets in the way. You want a gambling company so a spin off would be more attractive to you. If you are an investor looking to latch on to the next new leader in money transactions and like ECNC's ideas and technology....but are morally opposed to wagering, not interested in wagering companies, or fear the impact of regulation or other industry threat to wagering....then you will be much more willing to get into a pure ECNC without the wagering element if it is spun off.

This also plays into Tom's hands as well as he initially came up with this plan for making money off the bursting online wagering industry. That is his vision...and still is. He sees ECNC as a tool to get potential gamblers into the system so they will be more likely to wager while doing other transactions because Tom made it so easy and convenient to do so. He can hand over day to day control of ECNC and spear head the wagering spin off like he has been spear heading ECNC.

What do the rest of you think? Tom...if you read this please advise of your impressions. This is burning my mind up and I need some open debate and discussion here. I think an analysis of this will help the company at this crucial juncture as this start up gets ready to become much, much more.......
