LOL! I apologize to all of the attorneys for laughing, but many of us have had some experience with a member of your profession to make us rueful of the encounter....In my own case, I had a car accident, and was referred to an attorney by the insurance company, who a.) was too impatient actually to pay attention to my story, which would have undermined the tale told by the plaintiff; and b.)tried to get me to fabricate a story on the interrogatories, and got mad when I demurred. She was so sloppy and intent on her own tactics that she didn't notice until deposition that the story that I was telling, if believed by a jury, would have fatally undermined the credibility of the plaintiff, and severely damaged the claim of causality for the putative injury...On the other hand, I have many friends who are attorneys, and know well that the profession is filled with honorable people...
