KC; on CDNO; 130% as you know, increase in rev's due to acquisition does not reflect the true story; the company's primary business was down over 50% in rev's and their cash situation seems to be deteriorating; the huge increase in common shares (and dilution) seems to be due to the lack of cash available for acquisitions...so, they used stock; like you said, this is a wait and see situation; if the digestion of acquisition goes smoothly, this could be a real turn-around situation; I'll be keeping an eye on CDNO; sw
