Spoke to IR today for both ptek and mboxthese are my thoughts : 1-usa.net has not refiled for changes to their prospectus-and most likely will not before labor day (ir for them is being handeled by an independent firm in n.y.) 2-ptek has no comment,and are being extremely tight lipped 3- mbox will becoming out with there 2nd qtr. #'s before aug 15 as well as announcing some alliance--------?? what does all of this mean to ptek ? i dont know but i wish they would put out some pr on these issues ,there are alot of unhappy shareholders out there. Although i am still long i dont know for how much longer next res. looks like 6 3/4.....................................................................wizard

i've seen many that sell under sales.... check ERP/ SCM software stocks. MRVC, a fiber optic hardware company traded under sales back in march...etc, etc... PTEK's core business is struggling and the internet stocks which had kept the BV up have declined. hopefully, today will turn the latter part of the equation around (although, probably briefly).
