I don't know if it will help, but I e-mailed NT Investor Relations and asked them to provide their best estimate/intention of tax implications both N and S of the border re this "stock dividend". It is mindboggling to me that all the NT boards(SI, Yahoo, Raging Bull, etc) are spending 90% of their time trying to decipher the meaning of this action. NT owes it to its' shareholders to clear this up, so someone doesn't react to the FUD and misinformation that has appeared on these threads regarding taxes of this dividend. IF I hear something, I will post it ASAP. Paul
