Barry, 1st thanks for the confirming post. What happened at the ODP? I was presented the process by an "old player" in D.C. and was also given this perspective to demonstrate what he got across to me: Example: Johnson & Johnson has representatives on comities, to gain favor in order to get faster approval for a "new dressing product under development" to treat wounds. Now ask yourself this question; Would a company wanting to get approval for a medical device need representation in D.C.? Draw your own conclusion. Contact a United States congress/person and let your voice be heard. What's the going price for Regulatory Hoak-us-poak-us? Regards, Duke
