The stock will gap up for sure in the AM. But if it is to continue its climb, it will depend on 3 things. #1-The validity of the rumor. #2- How much above 17Billion YHOO is will to pay. #3- Who else will jump in to start the war.

Let's not forget, if this war does start it will be huge. This could be a war over who will win the main part of the broadband arena. Deep enough pockets could do some serious damage if they were to own ATHM.
