AJ - The 8/20 date referenced in several Yahoo posts is the last date of a comment period on the recent PHLX rule change published in Federal Register (approving a fee schedule for the PHLX to charge customers using VTS). Though that rule was, by its terms "effective immediately", reflecting SEC staff approval, it also provided for a comment period (and thus possible unwinding) up to 8/20. The speculation on Yahoo, including by me, is that, acting conservatively, ATG may still wait until that comment period is up before launching. For an example of why, ponder the following: if the rule is unwound, would it affect ATG's right to have collected fees from VTS users prior to 8/20?? This is, of course, speculation, at least on my part.

BTW - an 18 P/E used to be pretty respectable. Perhaps the recent spin off of ITG from Jeffries has more than a little to do with its current valuation and P/E.
