Max - I remember the post that was removed well. He threatened to make my life "miserable" and ... get this ... threatened to report me to the SEC.

I immediately reported him to SI and told them that I do not take to kindly to being threatened. I also had to remind him that, since I was one of his early members, I had all of his posts stored if the SEC really wanted to contact me. Funny, he immediately cut me from his membership and I never heard from him again. I also had to remind him that the ASCT contact was his originally (which by the way, I have the utmost respect for, he is a very nice and genuine person. I trust him implicitly).

Unfortunately, when dollars are on the line, despite my best efforts to shake people's confidence in rumored deal, most still decided to hold.

Like CD said though, it was a good lesson for all, albeit costly.

Yeah, that post nailed it pretty good. I got out as soon as I read it.

When did you join the TJ thread, Max? I know it's been since April since you assuaged my seller's remorse on that issue last April.
