Good post, Sector.

I have a bunch of shares in IRA and elsewhere.
Since retirement is still years away, I can be patient.
My own non-techno-junkie take is that things are looking
good for MRV's future. May as well stay in for the ride
at this point!<g>

You give valid reasons to do so, IMO.

further on "the secondary which had no follow-through"

wow...this is actually one of the positives for those in at current prices. they got cheap cash. now, instead of having to float debt or issue stock at current levels, they have enough cash to enhance R&D, make strategic acquisitions, market, etc.
