"2) 102 kilos" - you're out by at least one decimal point here. If my one-ton could take in one load the pile of bumpf that abz and dmm have had to deal with, i'd be very surprised.

Would you like to hear my estimate for dmw's equivalent pile in Angola? -
Way way less.

You know what it costs to build an operating state-of-the art diamond mine in Angola/Sierra Leone? - About $20 millions. Compare that with, what is it, about half a billion for Ekati.

You know what their carats are worth? - Near [and for some batches above] 200US$.
You know how many carats dmw has already proven up in Angola alone? - Lots.

There's some sweeping but informed statements for ya, here's some more -
Diamondworks has been producing for many weeks now at Yetwene, with the second plant up and running, and Luo has operated all the way through the troubles of last winter. Progress should be being made now in the top gravels of the Camatchia pipe, one of the planet's largest. There have been no reported incidents of UNITA thugs lately - a 168-man security force and a greatly increased troop presence is making sure of that. At some point very soon dmw will achieve positive cash flow, if they haven't already, and will again have the luxury of discretionary funds to use for development of their mines and outstanding portfolio of exploration properties. Meantime, interest has clearly been shown by some connected and, one expects, informed South Africans.

Diamet is trading around 22$Cdn, DiamondWorks around .16.

I predict that dmw doubles before dmm.a does. Or abz, or mpv. Or wsp, even.
Sure Africa is scarey. Of course. That's why the stock is so beaten down.
But I submit that Canada is also scarey, in ways Africa is not.
Sure there should be a share price discount on assets for Africa.
Just not near that much, given current trends, imho.

I suppose i should respond to your personal attacks [again]. Very well .. here is the post for which you started getting on my case - #reply-8842410 .... i stand by the core statement - "...it is in Canada that I have the greatest fear of whimsical government decisions." - That's a true statement. Personal experience. It remains true to this day, in fact it has recently been reinforced by a friend's experience. The next land i buy will almost certainly be in México, and possibly very soon. Friendly people, reasonable attitudes, and cheaper than in Godzone.

And if you don't like that, who cares. Nothing you've used ad hominem has made much sense anyway, i don't think you read what you're replying to. You're a waste of time.
