So I can go to bed happy?! O.K.

I see only positive from the possible Yahoo buyout of ATHM.

ATHM will get huge marketing power from Yahoo, sub growth can be sped up.

ATHM will get the only content provider capable of countering AOL's proprietary content offering.

AT&T will end up owning a lot of Yahoo shares. The alliance of Yahoo+ATT+ATHM+MSFT will make a powerful force in the future.

Most importantly, Yahoo is eyeing ATHM exactly because of ATHM's unique value -- broad band cable access.

ATHM's has 330.19mm shares outstanding so a $17b buyout puts a floor of $51.5/share, not $60
