Don,

You (and others) also warned me all the way up. So I'm no worse off than if I had listened to your earlier warnings at $85. And I'm better off than your warnings at $80 (at least for another 9 hours <G>). There's absolutely nothing wrong with a 53% return. I'll bet there are a lot of fund managers who would give their right leg for that kind of return for the last 12 months.

As to the obvious Rambus trend, I'll be happy to sit down with a Rambus chart with you at the annual meeting. We'll cover up the right side with a piece of paper and slide it along. Then you can tell me what it's going to do in the next two week period all along the chart. I'm curious to see how you do. For myself, I've tried it, and it looks like a random walk to me. I can't discern any trend. I see a lot of spikes when news hits, or FUD hits. I see a lot of wild swings up that, just as they look like they're peaking, take off again. I see downswings that suddenly reverse themselves, and upswings that suddenly reverse themselves. No, Don, there is no trend. Just a lot of motion.

Which is why I invest in companies with a future and am pleased with a 53% return. If you ask around, I'll bet you'll find most people are happy with a 53% return. Luckily, this isn't a poker match where I have to beat you to win. This is more like us sitting side by side at the blackjack table -- you can use your strategy to win, and I can use mine. And if we both come out ahead at the end of the night, we can be happy for one another and congratulate each other.

At least that's the way it should be, IMO.

Dave

> I can live with that.

There you go again, making another mistake. Quoting Dave B and sending your reply to me, so I'll let Dave B reply if he wants to.

There was one point in your message to Dave B that even I question...

>>It has a VERY obvious trend to it.<<

Tell us all what this obvious trend is that we don't already know?
