Brian. Thanks for the rephrase. I did understand orig. what you were saying. Sonki tried this with me sev. times including plain options and leaps. BTW. I listened to some analysts today who were in your corner and advocated buying UMG instead of T. That's why I said this sounds like a good strategy for investors who do those kinds of transactions. I just never went that route. I would just buy the stock and keep it until I sell which I could do in this case. I have not checked into UMG and T. Has this merger been approved yet? Sonny
