I guess they will be selling IS-95 handsets next year to their competitors? The infrastructure they bought hooks to their switches pretty directly (is-634) and they only need take advantage of the system by including some minor changes tot he swtich software. This took like 3-4 months to do for the Vodafone switch, and with them making a handset (which I would be very surprised that did not include the GSM mandated SIM card) by next year, I would say that by March they will have all the peices there to do this. Why would you still hold this back? It doesn;t make sense.
