Hi Jonathan, having been corrected by Suntrader yesterday, I know what that one document states NOW, however, the figures still conflict with verbal accountings and other written materials. And NO I really don't know IF there are yet more doucments that state other situations that relate to this company, as you well know. But what I do know is that they all have to be correct and SPECIFIC and NONCONVOLUTED by the filing date with the SEC in the year 2000, not this intentional mumbo jumbo. Anyway, I doubt it really matters as this may not be the real deal is it Jonathan, as you well know? Do you know if XSNI still holds GOD and when did you know NETHEAD was removed from XSNI? And you failed to clarify the discrepancy of the 10m preferred shares - I was told by so and so there were NONE - quite another big difference. So how can you really be SURE there was not more shares issued, someone tell you, and Jonathan even if someone did tell you, you'd have to consider the source; knowing they really don't give a hoot. This is just my opinion, and I am full of my opinion, but I bet by the 2000 filing date, there won't be any GOD left nor many/any other value to XSNI, while nonreporting, it is being gutted evidence no nethead, and no press releases with the symbol XSNI attached to the parental company; what would that OTCBB symbol look like next to any BIG CONTRACT BLUE CHIP company name in a press release to that BIG BLUE CHIP company? I think I know by one of the calls I got from the NYC attorney, as you and your fellow firecrest/megacom/XSNI shareholders well know. So You know I don't do anymore third party verification on XSNI nor xstream the company parental. When I take out the 'cybertash' I always end up peeking into the dumpster to see what XSNI is doing, as you may or may not well know, I am pretty upset over this way managment has mistreated shareholders and am going to see how this stock ends up. Like I said yesterday, either management mistreats the shareholders and shareholders make out or they mistreat shareholders and shareholders get the shaft; I need to see how xstream UK self described experts in corporate manufacturing that created XSNI carries this game plan through to the end. They wanted me here in May 1999 when I called them at Xstream HQ in London, so I well know they want me now, and I am here with my 10 shares. Just like I well know there are 100m shares authorized and was told in May 1999 when I called the London offices at xstream UK there are NO preferred XSNI shares not even those 10m preferred shares written in the publicly filed documents in London, go figure. NOT. :( Good luck Jonathan, thank you for the clarification, but it would mean so much more coming from the Financial Times or some other "non-paid and disinterested" third/public source not another inhouse paper production that means nothing. I hope the volume picks up on XSNI and the valuation as well, too bad the sympathy ride on the FREE IPO didn't pan out, would have meant alot to many shareholders of XSNI, confidence. But I am learning about shareholders too - some think this is fun holding a 3 dollar 'mystery' stock; not only will I see this stock to the end, but some shareholders too. Seeing how some stockholders define 'fun'. Well, my time in the dump is over for today; got a few things to take care of around the house. Hope you are in good health and we could use some of the UK rains here in the US. CUL8TR, Jacalyn
