Hi Garry,

Well Apache really has been hard after it if that well is on by now. I sure would be surprised if it is on stream but here's hoping that he is right. Let us know what you hear from TKE & DAL.

There is no separate price for sour gas (unless a producer strikes a "wellhead deal"). Gas is generally sold either at an entry point to the gas transmission system or at some delivery point location off of the system. Therefore, all saleable natural gas meets the "pipeline spec" and there is only one price for such gas. Gas however is purchased on an "energy content basis (Eg. $3.00 / GJ ) and the slight quality differences that do exist are compensated for in that way.

The rate info is best obtained from the operator \ participants. My guess is about 5 MMCF/d of raw sour gas production which should net about 3 MMCF/d of residue sales gas. I do not recall the liquid content of this gas.

Later,

Hi Garry,

I regret to advise that my "eye in the field" confirms that Strachan is still not on production. He also says that given the status of the work in the field, he'd be very surprised to see any production before mid September.
