CBOE TO LIST OPTIONS ON ALLIANCE SEMICONDUCTOR ON AUG. 9

CBOE to list options on three (3) stocks on Monday, August 9:

Alliance Semiconductor Corporation (ALSC)

Argosy Gaming Company (AGY)

TelCom Semiconductor, Inc. (TLCM)

CHICAGO, August 2 - The Chicago Board Options Exchange (CBOE) today announced it will begin trading options on the stock of Alliance Semiconductor Corporation (NASDAQ ticker symbol ALSC; CBOE ticker symbol ASU); Argosy Gaming Company (NYSE and CBOE ticker symbol AGY), and TelCom Semiconductor, Inc. (NASDAQ ticker symbol TLCM; CBOE ticker symbol TMU).

Alliance Semiconductor Corporation, based in San Jose, CA, designs, develops, and markets high performance memory and memory intensive logic products. The company's core product lines include static random access memory, dynamic random access memory, and flash memory. Alliance markets its products to the desktop and portable computing, networking, telecommunications, and instrumentation markets.

ASU options will trade on the January expiration cycle with introductory expirations in September, October, January and April. Initial strike prices have been set at 7«, 10 and 12«. (NOTE: Strike prices are subject to change based on the price of the underlying security.) The options will trade in the Texas Instruments Inc. trading crowd.

Argosy Gaming Company, based in Alton, IL, is a leading multi- jurisdictional owner and operator of riverboat casino and related entertainment and hotel facilities in the midwestern and southern United States. Argosy, through its subsidiaries and joint ventures, owns and operates the Alton Belle Casino in Alton, IL, serving the St. Louis metropolitan market; the Argosy Casino in Riverside, MO, serving the greater Kansas City metropolitan market; and the Argosy Casino Baton Rouge in Baton Rouge, LA. Argosy is also a majority partner and operator of the Belle of Sioux City in Sioux City, IA and the Argosy Casino and Hotel in Lawrenceburg, IN, serving the Cincinnati and Dayton areas.

AGY options will trade on the February expiration cycle with introductory expirations in September, October, November and February. Initial strike prices have been set at 10, 12« and 15. Peak6 Capital Management LLC has been named the Designated Primary Market Maker (DPM) in the options.

TelCom Semiconductor, Inc., based in Mountain View, CA, designs, develops, manufactures, and markets a portfolio of analog integrated circuits. The company's circuits are used in a variety of applications in the industrial, wireless communications, computing, networking, and medical markets. TelCom's products include data acquisition, power management, interface, and thermal sensing integrated circuits.

TMU options will trade on the January expiration cycle with introductory expirations in September, October, January and April. Initial strike prices have been set at 10, 12« and 15. O.T.A. Limited Partnership has been named the DPM in the options.
