Yes, of course we knew about this financing a while ago and expected some dilution from it back when it was announced. That is why the stock price fell on that news.

But the reason the stock did not hold 5 is because it did not have a single buyer as it broke 5. The volume was very light. The stock was certainly shorted back, but on a very small amount of shares. . . no where near if 2.5 mil.

This prospectus says that they MAY now sell. We knew that too. But the question is still why would they sell at these levels, when the terms of the sale have already been determined? It would be silly, in light of the fact that the high is 7 15/16 and the future is bright.

And it is only floorless when the terms of the conversion are left open.
