COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo., Jul 27, 1999 (BUSINESS WIRE via COMTEX) --
CasinoBuilders.com (OTC BB: CSNO), provider of effective business
solutions, marketing services and operational support to the Internet
Casino and Gaming industry announced it signed a Letter of Intent (LOI)
for a management contract with E-Offshore Ventures, Ltd. of Nassau,
Bahamas, to provide consulting and marketing services related to
Internet casinos.

CasinoBuilders.com will initially be responsible for a growing gaming
"handle" that is presently in excess of $85 million.

The engagement will center on marketing and promotion of multiple
E-Offshore Ventures Ltd. Internet casinos through web site development,
Internet and conventional advertising, as well as special loyalty
incentive programs. CasinoBuilders.com will also aid in the development
of new and entertaining casino-style games. CasinoBuilders.com intends
to establish a wholly owned offshore subsidiary to fulfill certain
operational aspects of the engagement. Under the terms of the proposed
agreement, the Company will receive a consulting fee, equal to a
percentage of the net profits of a number of Internet casinos that are
presently operated by E-Offshore Ventures Ltd., as well as performance
incentives for revenue and profit growth.

I am not so sure Rost can move a BB stock in this market. He posted on SHCC board early this morning. The stock opened nicely on good volume then sold off. Market is dead.
