Currently, I am going to await a reasonable amount of time for a lead shareholder to setup forward and start a class action lawsuit against whoever has committed this fraud. If nobody steps forward-I will seek my own legal counsel.

Mike, I say this in the most forceful way possible, don't wait, talk to YOUR OWN counsel NOW. If I were owed those certs, I'd go after the DTC yesterday; you're likely to get their attention before you get anyone elses, and it is the quickest way for the facts to come on out.

got my Medinah Gold certificates--Ameritrade just sent them along, footnote in the account says "not allowed to hold restricted shares". Transaction is dated 7/19 in the account's transaction history, certificates arrived over this past weekend.
