My recollection is that late in the game, Lucianne heard that it might be illegal, and advised her to contact an attorney, which eventually she did. Afterwards, she ceased taping in Maryland. However, I did not follow the grand jury phase closely, so there could be something to the claim that she (foolishly) waved her 5th amendment privileges and handed them her head on a silver platter. However, since it is implausible, I would like to see some follow up myself.....

With no URL he could be full of crap. Isn't what and when her lawyer told her covered under attorney/client priviledge? She may have also been covered by the IC by that time.
