FWIW: By: Jimbo_nyc Reply To: None Tuesday, 3 Aug 1999 at 10:58 AM EDT Post # of 17513 I've been doing a little Detective work, and here is what I've found: First, here's a little reminder of a past PR… PALM SPRINGS, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 22, 1999--Triangle Broadcasting Company Inc. (OTCBB:GAAY) President Frank Olsen announced today that the company has received an unsolicited offer from an investment group which is interested in exploring some type of business combination. Okay, now for the tidbit… Each of Triangle's web sites have a Stats page. This allows the Web Master, as well as the Company, to check on how many “hits” (visits) each page receives, what type of browser is being used, what site linked (or referred) the visitor to the page, and WHERE the visitor is logging in from (their Domain). The latter is where I found a rather interesting item... It seems that there have been a number of visits from the domain Pershing.com In June, Triangle's main page received 51 hits from this domain, making it #11 in the Top Domains category. In July, there were 45 hits from Pershing. The BingoTelevision site had 29 visits in June from Pershing (making it #16 in Top Domains) and 31 visits in July. “What's so significant about visits from Pershing.com ?” you might ask? Well, check this link and find out! : pershing.com Verrrry Interesting, no??? If you'd like to verify the stats info I stated above, link to : trianglebroadcasting.com and bingotelevision.com On the left side of the screen, pick a month you are inquiring about, and select “Top Dom” to see the most hits received, and “Domains” to see ALL hits received by domain. Neato, huh? Jimbo_nyc P.S. The above is for discussion purposes only. I don't want to be accused of rumor-mongering. The stats are FACTS, and yes, I am making an inference; but those hits could just as easily be coming from an employee at Pershing who is privately interested in Triangle and nothing more. I just felt it was interesting, that's all. Dick did not confirm England to me, but said I made a good guess. By: whataheadache Reply To: None Tuesday, 3 Aug 1999 at 11:12 AM EDT Post # of 17513 TWO INTERESTING STORIES!! 1. Great work on the website info Jim! Makes sense, they could be the "investment firm" we are looking for and according to the company they are leaders in their field, and also...they are a listed company on the AMEX , which brings greater validity to Triangle 2. Roger is in London. Does anyone remember me talking to Vivian about a month ago, when she stated that Triangle may show the AuctionsTelevision in London! That they have close contacts over there, and their contacts are in the production area, and the chance of Triangle's Auctions show being viewed in London by satelitte was excellent! Only the beginning! Again, good work Jim!
