Anybody know what the purpose of this statement is? As of July 28, 1999, 749,900,000 shares of Common Stock, $0.05 par value per share, were outstanding. The aggrgate market value, held by non-affiliates, of shares of the Common Stock, based upon the average of the bid and asked prices for such stock on that date, was approximately $7,448,897. Does that mean that "non" insiders owned 7448897/.019(approx) = 392mil shares What is the purpose of this statement? Tom
