Dennis: you wrote: When I talked to X-Stream last week I had just 2 or 3 questions that took up 2 or 3
minutes, and asked if X-stream Network--"XSNI" (the shares that I bought on the
Nasdaq BB) owns the works including X-Stream's UK-ISP and G.O.D., the answer
was YES, what more can one do???"

You can ask why they got rid of Nethead and when GOD is going. And you can ask where the 10M preferred shares were in May 1999 and how that large figure slipped so and so's mind...

You can ask about the scheduled dump rate and how many shares were sold by CEOs, ie what percentage of XSNI are they holding, and you can ask when they are going to start using the ticker symbol XSNI on their paid press releases, and when they are going to get any unpaid coverage using the XSNI ticker symbol. I could think of a whole lot more 'one can do' but I am not doing DD.

You can ask what part of the company parental is doing business with Lucent and if XSNI is included in that deal, you can ask what part of the company parental is doing business in the global expansion and if XSNI is included, you know little things that shouldn't disturb anyone if there is nothing to be embarrased by. But of course, you would only want to ask the company parental so they do not take offense that third parties would be bothered by someone looking for verification that is standard DD in other stocks on the OTCBB. Particularly when information from the company parental has been less than forthcoming and imprecise to say the least.

But since you are doing the DD, I am sure they are quite pleased with your efforts Dennis. :)

Demi

I can picture it now-- Hello, Mr. Manning. How are you today? ANS.-- X-streamly busy with our UK operation, Continental Europe, South Africa, Asia and hopefully, North America. Well, never mind all that. I have enough questions here to tie you up for half the day.!!! By the way, I own about a dozen x-stream shares and I hope you don't mind but I report everything to the chat line. I hope to get most of your comments correct, but you know the mistakes one can make passing information from one to another over the phone. My first question - clunk!! --Hello, Hello, Hello, Mr. Manning. We must have been disconnected. ---I'll take my chances on a few questions anytime.
