Frederick Smart Don't have time to answer in detail. Agree with you. One observation-----this is much larger than shareholders getting taken and should be recognized as such. This is a precedent setting case which will have major future impact on our markets. Agree that Gannon's package was so complete and slick. Yet even with this completeness and slickness there will be gaps which will surface. mj

You failed to do any research into mounting evidence of fraud within Zenith. The pre-packaged bankruptcy is a scam. Go to.... airfarecheck.com ... for a complete expose on this story. I am totally appauled by what LG is trying to do. Next time, do more than just writing about the "LG Party-line". Much more is a stake than just Zenith. I hope you learn something. Peace.
