Sorry for the delay on CXI story. CXI has a premiere new tech for destruction of chemical weapons...their portion of a funding pot was snubbed by the Army in favor of the old-boy incineration technologies...Army has recently been shown to have acted somewhat fraudulently in witholding the R&D dollars to CXI & tow others...funding should be released to CXI, et. al. in the near future. The opportunity for CXI to prove themselves to the Army opens billion dollar doors to future chemical destruction work. Short enough? :o)
