Here's the Reader's Digest version of my conversation with MS. 1.) He's sticking to 1999 revenue predictions of $5 million. 2.) In addition to $7 thousand 1st Q revenues, has contracts for about $550 thousand signed in 3/99. Maximum 1999 impact would be about $400 thousand. 3.) Has other contract agreements, but will not discuss them. 4.) Expects SEC approval by 8/15. 5.) If SEC has additional questions, should be able to resolve them in a couple days. 6.) Will release 2nd Q numbers as soon as SEC approves. 7.) Wants to save all announcements (SEC OK, 2nd Q numbers) for one major PR all at once. We spent about 30-45 minutes on the phone, and there's more detail, but after typing it up, decided it was long-winded, and just more of the same. Bottom line for me is: No way they will meet the $5 million 1999 rev. number. 90% of what I got was evasive and vague. More delays, broken promises on the way. New offering will dilute price big time. MS is articulate, nice guy and easy to see why those who have talked to him, met him, had dinner with him might be impressed, if that's what impresses you about management of a company. I wasn't. I have a stop loss at .60, a 40% loss. If it stays above that until numbers are released, I'll decide then whether to stay or bolt. No way this will ever be a $10-20 stock, as many of you have hoped. I'll gladly eat crow if I'm wrong. NightHawkZ
