The thing that completely dumbfounds me about this whole debacle is that Sunrise specifically hired people familiar with the ODP process, even people who had served on the ODP before, to spearhead the campaign. What were these so called 'experts' hired to do? PREPARE THE COMPANY TO FACE THE PANEL! I am helping to pay these people a decent salary to 'advise' Sunrise management of the many pitfalls of the ODP process. I sometimes wonder whether that money was well spent?! Where were OUR 'spies' on the ODP (I know...'get over it', but I just can't help myself :) !)

*****************************

This is real bothersome to me, too. I think SNRS management should address this issue with shareholders. The only scenario I can think of short of outright incompetence(SNRS and/or ODP) or conspiracy, is that SNRS was so arrogant with regards to expecting approval (slam dunk) that the ODP ignored the data and just wanted to bring SNRS down to earth.

Hopefully SNRS and the FDA will get past the emotions of the ODP decision and the SNRS response. Remember, that same ODP recommended approval for VISX & BEAM, so, the FDA will be meeting within 60 days to vote on that recommendation. I'm assuming that they will also decide on the SNRS application within the same time-frame. We have no choice but to sit back and wait for this decision. Meanwhile, the SNRS price will probably drift aimlessly between $4.00 and $6.00. The daytraders are having a blast!
