NewTrends Holdings Inc.(N.H.I.) has been retained as a consultant to Anything Internet Corp., for two quarters, SureQuest Systems Inc. (Commencing 08/02/1999) N.H.I. compensation is outlines as follows: (Incentive Stock options- 5,000 Common shares of the company to be available at these prices, 2,500 shares are to be available to NTH when "ANYI" reaches a bid price of $20.00 . Another 2,500 shares are to be available when "ANYI" reaches a BIB price of $30.00 : The INCENTIVE STOCK OPTIONS are to be issued immediately with written consent from NTH, and are effective for a period of 24 months following issuance. Additional compensation will be 3,500 Rule 144 shares (restricted one year for non-affiliates) - Available one year from contract being signed.) Its services include the electronic dissemination of information concerning the profiled company. N.H.I. did not receive any other compensation, of any kind, for its services.
