I think the management are bunch of crooks...A real honest management would build up a strong and smart group of software/support personnel. Instead they bot a couple of thousand shares and pump it up (and hired temporary contractors to develop products to fool investors). If they were honest..then what happens if the software have bugs and/or need change/upgrade...then many contractors already leave..Even if this was an honest software company I won't pay for more than 5 bucks a share.
