According to the article, the FBI cannot withhold the license. They do not have that authority but the FCC does and they may cooperate for a while until the FBI (jerks) are appeased IMO. I reviewed the slide show on Loral's web page. Good! I couldn't tell who the sp's would be for the Carribean. I hope they get someone there by April because I am going there again assuming G* has a successful rollout. Re: renting phones to vacationers, good idea but I would much prefer to sell hand sets cheap and get as many as they can into potential users' hands. In fact, I would rather see lots of handsets with a large number users rather than a few handsets amongst a select group of expected high end users. If you have the phone, you will use I believe. Get the sats up, get the phones out, turn on the switch and start the revenue stream. I'm ready!
