All, I called Investor Relations. Andrew F. Bank is on Vacation, back next week. Outstanding is 57 Million, Float is 37 Million (Approx) as of the June 11th PR. I am suspecting the numbers are higher based on the last two days of trading. The Contract for this IR firm is 1.5 years, paid is cash. No stock was accepted for the contract. Dilution is possible, but only the Transfer Agent can verify. Does somebody know the Transfer Agent & phone number? Otherwise I will have to call back again on Monday to get the number. Sean
