You must be psychic. The words "spin off" have been whispered privately by others as well, and the thoughts and responses are all pretty positive. This could be a positive event in our future.

As you suggest, there are indeed many investors that will not touch a "gambling stock" with the proverbial ten foot pole. There are also some potential business partners, that will get nervous about dealing with a corporation with gambling ties. So splitting the two businesses might make life easier, draw new investors, and increase the total market cap. It is one of those situations where 2+2=7.

Great post. I hate to say it but your post has made the most down-to-earth sense on this thread for quite a while.
You have come up with an excellent reason for the spin off of the gambling product line of ECNC. I agree that eSportsbet and 777WINS should be spun off, once ECNC has the requirements for a NASDAQ listing without their input into the bottom line and asset valuation.
