I see. The only point as it relates to daytrading that I was making is that daytrading by it's nature would have been almost irresistible as a "vocation" for a guy like this. It's a pressure cooker environment, especially for the undisciplined, so I think it contributed to his extraordinary flame out. I guess it's possible he would have done the same thing if he had been caught "dipping in the till" if he worked in a more "stable" type of job, but I don't really think so. If there is any real blame to be assessed against daytrading, to me it's just the irresponsibility of allowing people with insufficient assets to "borrow" for their trades. More greed. So I guess I'm basically saying daytrading definitely exacerbated the problem, but wasn't the cause.
