<<I think HJ proffers the proverbial "Bird" to the Street and takes IDTC private.>> It is also possible that Wall Street will drive his stock price into the ground giving him no choice. The company ought to hang its head in shame if this happens. IDTC has had ample opportunity to do the right thing and at this point (understand I still think it's too early to tell) it doesn't look good for shareholders. Having said that...the market stinks so not all the blame can fall on IDTC.
