I thought you were being facetious when you said no revenues, but this one literally has no revenues.

I was a little concerned that Collangelo and Siedman are directors, but after reading the prospectus, it looks as if they were WELL compensated in stock. Wonder when they are eligible to sell?

BTW, I see that Auric's arch-nemesis Candlestick is promoting this one...wonderful confirmation of a good short.

My only concern is the 30-day lock out is over and the underwriter could issue a bogus recommendation. Does anyone know the quality level of the underwriters (Cruttenden Roth Incorporated & H.C. Wainwright & Co., Inc.)?

Also notice PASA says they don't expect any advertising revenues this year. And that is their business.

You might also comment on the quality of their underwriters.
