<<minimal information supplied to date>> That says it all! It looks to me that LUMM management can tell us as much as they choose. When LUMM becomes a reporting issuer, this fall, apparently, there are rules and regulations laid down that must be followed, so each report gives all the required info, every time. Until then, I guess we get what management chooses to tell us! Were Molex and Cisco involved? I have no idea. With 960,000 shares issued in 150,000 and 200,000 share blocks, that means 6 or so individuals were involved. All I know is they are well-heeled individuals! Cheers, Don
