MW, since you know everything, can you direct me to where I can read up on the specifics of the Insight JV agreement? Meanwhile... Development costs for the Interactive Channel and the Virtual Modem move to the jv which is funded by Insight so srcm's cash burn drops dramatically. SRCM cash flow from operations, 1998: minus $23.4M SRCM R&D expenditures, 1998: $3.4M Dramatic drop in cash burn due to JV: 14% And that is of course assuming zero expense devoted to the development of the IT Network and LocalSource, which, from the looks of them, seems realistic.
