Perhaps Alan, but my money is that your scenerio won't play out anytime soon, at least not over a period of more than a few months at a time. This type of summer selloff has occurred like clockwork each year for the past several years. There are too many new investors out there with surplus cash and $ signs in their eyes to keep the popular inet stocks down for long. Money is still flowing into funds, it's just a matter of time until it's invested again. Not only are the discount broker "get rich quick" ads funny but they are also effective in getting retail investors hyped about throwing their money into the markets for a quick buck. Expectations for a highly profitable Christmas season will spark a strong inet rally. Greed will ultimately push this market even higher. We shall soon see... Good luck to all, Mike
