CRB just gave a P&F triple top buy signal today at 194. First one since Oct. 97 at 246. Minor resistance levels at 198 and 206 with major resistance at 212.

CRB does look like it's rounding up at this point

If it gets to be as bad as last year, how can it not get worse? The average investor will say Jeez, if this is going to happen every year, why bother?

Maybe that's too much of a gut feeling, but IMO it makes sense.
