Neocon, I do bop into the Parkway occasionally, to grab a bottle of wine. I'm not into deli food much, perhaps because I was not raised Jewish. :-)

But the Parkway has always been enormously popular (the only thing that keeps our slowly expiring little shopping center up there afloat). For years this was a pretty solidly Jewish area, which no doubt helped build the Parkway's reputation.
