Sam: Rates backing up around the world and there's too much supply here at home. With the dollar looking shaky I expect that foreign holders are also unloading. When the stock market breaks, I'd expect overseas money to leave the country rather than park it in Uncle Sam's paper. Although the stock market looks ugly, there is little in the way of fear on the Street of Dreams--yet.
