Frederick, I saw Goldman shorting FLWS right at the open yesterday, but I was slightly skeptical until I conferred with 2 other mms. They were furious because they both were holding inventories, fully expecting GSCO to support this IPO at 21, the offering price. But no, it was dumping shares and shorting the daylight out of it through every channel: GSCO, ARCA, BTRD...you name it. Looking back, it seems surrealistic because Goldman nearly always support their IPOs during the first day debut.
