H60 spoke with Brainson today, they have no clue what has happened or why. I got the impression they were concerned about share holder value enough so that if we continue to languish they may be forced to give some shares of NTOP away. It may have been my take on it, but Brainson stated that value can not stay at these levels for the businesses they are involved in. If there is no market valuation IDTC would be forced to do something. That IMHO was the gist. I still feel that when you are interpreted by he investing community to have pulled the wool over investors eyes even if they had the best intentions, you will be rewarded with massive selling.
