EBOT DD:

O/S: 4.6M
Float: 1M
Price: variable... small float leads to wild swings currently
.562 X .687.
Yes, ugly spread sometimes due to float/volume.

Start up company. Financials are being worked on by the auditors now.

See the web site at web4boats.com (under construction)

Web4boats.com's site will provide a dynamic solution for the overall boating community to have the ability to trade boats online, buy and sell boats online, auction boats online (like an eBay thing). This will be exclusively for the boating community.

The site will be one of the largest preeminent online boating and water-sport communities on the web. At the time the site is fully operational, w4b will have 50-100K listings for private individuals, dealers and traders of boats.

Unique things about w4b are as follows:

* Buyers will be able to obtain insurance rates for their boats on the site... in other words, you will be able to browse through the boats and if you find something you like, you can check (and purchase)insurance rates from several companies right on the site interactively.
* Financing: the same thing... you will be able to check financing
interactively online for the boat you want to/are buying.

It will be a one-stop shop for boaters...

* It is the only publicly-traded company doing this...

Additionally, w4b will feature hundreds of marinas, hotels and activities all over the world. Revenues will come from advertizers and fees associated with the auctions and sellers/buyers of boats. The have West Marine (one of the world's largest boating stores) onboard for this venture.

Finally, the web site is due for launch around Labor Day (early September).

Please do your own DD. Not a Rec to buy.

Tom
