At least it's comforting (I think) to know someone's willing to cough up $375,000.00 to keep things perking. What more can you say?

I guess that'll hold them for another month or two. At least it was at market price this time. It's nice to know their buyer believed the share price would be higher on Oct 1.

I never got a response from ATF for my email of July 7, '99 (see #3299), which questioned the private placement discounts. This appears to be the answer, but with a new twist:
Now they have placed "units" - one share and one warrant, all at the same low price of $1.29. Sure it is at market, but the "discount" is in the warrant. If the warrants are exercised, we, the helpless longs, will get double the dilution.
